The Walker’s Point neighborhood has seen a conversion of older manufacturing buildings into office spaces, restaurant spaces and residential uses.  This two story, 9,000 sf building located on Second Street is an example of one of these projects.  Formally used as a industrial laundry facility, the conversion of this into an office space provides a new use for the property and brings a new vitality to the neighborhood.

The design takes advantage of the unique features of the building, including the interior cream city brick and the long clearstory window, and adds new touches such as the overhead doors at the street to add a new great space in this burgeoning neighborhood.​
