Dan Beyer Architects has created a master plan for a development that will transform an underutilized space in Fitchburg into and active hub that will combine residential uses, retail uses, and recreational uses such as a climbing gym and a paddle-sport spaces for an activity hub that will be attractive to residents and visitors alike.

​The master plan sets the four buildings at the corners of this recently developed roadway, with a pond at the center of the parcel that anchors the development within the site. This pond is accented with a waterfront public plaza that ties the entire development together and creates access to this water amenity for the entire community.
