Hays Companies came to use looking for some ideas on how to freshen up their space and create an office environment that is more in tune with the 21st century workplace.  DBA created a new design that focused on opening up their existing offices spaces creating collaborative spaces that would promote breaking down the silos of the office.  

​The design created a new café space that provides a daylight filled space that with a variety of seating spaces that can be used throughout the day.  These spaces provide an area for casual meetings as well as spontaneous interactions that build camaraderie and develop a stronger company identity.

The main reception and conference room was also renovated and now provides a fresh and natural look to the main hub of the office.  White oak siding on the reception desk as well as the ceiling provides a warm and welcoming feel to the space and new glass panels create a strong connection between these spaces allowing a more transparent and open environment.
