Located in an area of Milwaukee that has seen new residential development, this new restaurant creates a natural and industrial interior vibe that compliments the rustic flavors being prepared by the chef.  With Milwaukee’s first wood burning grill as a focal point of the interior, the design creates an open environment where patrons are part of the buzz and excitement of the kitchen.  The natural materials of raw steel and finished plywood are complimented by the stone counters and porcelain tiled walls, creating a juxtaposition that is rough and refined, authentic and cultivated.

With seating for 90 in a dining room that is connected to a small urban pocket park, and with a small butcher shop where the patrons can buy some of the meat that is being prepared inside, the restaurant is sure to be a popular space for foodies and casual diners alike.
